Master of the Flying Guillotine 
The blind master of the deadliest known weapon, the flying guillotine, seeks revenge against the one-armed boxer, the man who murdered his two best students. Also along for the ride is a Thai boxer, and an Indian fakir who can extend his arms up to ten feet. At times silly, at times sublime, this film offers lots of action and some pretty brutal fights.
